Is our direct cremation needed now or in the future?

The little things make a big difference

We stand out from other providers in subtle ways and all are things we've learnt by listening to our customers.

Our prepaid plan really is fully inclusive. When you read the small print on many other plans, you'll notice extra charges for things like ashes return, pacemaker removal and urgent collections. Not with us!

When it comes to the cremation, we keep the family updated throughout and even let them know the date and time it will take place.

Ashes are delivered in a beautiful biodegradable urn that can be buried in the ground or used to scatter the ashes somewhere special.

We also donate to plant a tree in memory for every service we do. We then send you our dedication certificate after our service is complete.

It can be a difficult time for family, so our aim is to make it that little bit easier where we can and clients will often comment to that effect. But don't take our word for it; take a look at our reviews!

How did Celebration of Life start?

Celebration of Life was started out of a frustration with the solemn and outdated Victorian funeral tradition, far removed from today’s preference for a celebration of life.

We considered the qualities we would want in a funeral plan, being a friendly and reliable service with a transparent, fully inclusive price and an affordable way to pay.
