FAQs

Q. When will I receive my gift?

A. Once an equivalent amount has been paid towards your plan you become eligible to receive your gift. Gifts are sent out once per month for all eligible customers. So if you have paid in full, you will receive your gift within 60 days from the date of order. If you are paying monthly, then you will receive your gift within 60 days of paying an equivalent amount towards your plan.

Q. Can I have a postal gift, even if I have an email address?

A. If you have an email address, then you will receive the gift via email. This gives you a much larger choice of stores and is very simple to redeem.

Q. Can I choose someone else to receive my gift?

A. Yes if they have an email address then you can nominate a different email address and we will send the gift there.
