• We will contact you within 21 days: Following the cremation, a member of our team will contact the family to arrange a suitable time for the ashes to be returned.
• The ashes are delivered by hand: We don’t use a courier or postal service. Instead, our own team personally returns the ashes to the family anywhere within mainland Great Britain.
• The ashes are returned in a biodegradable scatter tube: This is provided as part of the ashes return service and can be used to scatter the ashes in a special place or buried directly in the ground.
• You can choose your own urn: If you’d prefer to use a particular urn, you can provide this to us, and we can return your loved one’s ashes in your chosen container instead.
• You don’t have to make a decision straight away: Receiving the ashes gives you time to decide what feels right, whether that’s keeping them, scattering them somewhere meaningful or creating a lasting memorial.
