How does it work?
It’s simple, if you have been recommended by one of our customers and you purchase a funeral plan or arrange a cremation with us, we would like to give you both a £25 Marks & Spencer gift card by way of a thank you.
All you need to do to take advantage of this offer is tell us the full name of the customer who recommended you at the time you purchase.
Can I be referred by a family member?
Yes, it does not matter what relationship you have to the person who referred you as long as they are a customer of ours as you do not live in the same household.
Will I get this benefit if I buy a plan for me and my partner?
No, as you live in the same household.
What constitutes a customer?
A customer of ours is anyone who has purchased our funeral plan for themselves or is the beneficiary of a plan.
Also included are people who have purchased our cremation at the time of need.
Terms and conditions
- We will pay out the current offer running at the time the new customer purchases a funeral plan or arranges a cremation with us. Any literature held with a refer-a-friend offer is not a voucher to receive the offer and is subject to these terms.
- The current offer is £25 for both the person who made the recommendation AND the new customer who has been referred to us.
- The offer will be paid as a voucher and sent via email to both parties unless this is not possible then it will be sent in the post.
- The vouchers will be sent after an amount equal to £50 has been paid by the new customer towards their funeral plan OR after 60 days from the date the order was placed, whichever happens last.
- The original customer who made the recommendation must still be a customer by the time the vouchers are sent and must have remained a customer throughout that period.
- The refer-a-friend offer cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other promotion. The offer presented to us that pays out the most to the new customer will be chosen by us on their behalf.
- The new customer must tell us the name of the person who referred them to us at the time of placing their order to be eligible for this offer.
- For the purpose of this offer, the new customer can only be referred by ONE of our customers. If they have been referred by more than one customer, then it will be up to the new customer to choose which referrer they use.
- There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to us. As long as you are still a customer, each valid new customer you refer will trigger a fresh reward.
- The person you refer must live in a separate household.
- We reserve the right to amend this offer from time to time or remove it without notice.
